Committed a patch for custom packet capture format for NetScaler devices (While working at Citrix). It involved designing a new file format for a more advanced packet capture format for the NetScaler device and then adding the support for reading and writing that file format in wireshark. [Link]

Developed an NLP based customer feedback analysis system.
Developed Speech Analytics product to automate quality and compliance analysis of call center conversations.

Developed a Python package to manage their customer data platform.
Migrated legacy workflow orchestration process to AirFlow.
Implementation of ICAP and IPS protocol module into NetScaler kernel.
Development and maintenance of TCP stack, implemented TCP timestamp option, RTTM and PAWS support
Design and development of AppQoE, a traffic shaping feature that allocate resources based on configured priority and protects actual physical resources by enforcing admission control at application level
Development and maintenance of packet tracing functionality and Wireshark plugin development
Maintenance of system memory recovery and management features.
Maintenance of system protection features: HTTP DDoS mitigation, surge protection and priority queuing of client connections.
Developed a web-based application using ASP.NET, Silverlight web services, XML related platform technologies, and MYSQL databases.
